Ocean Blues

I've got the blues today, but in the best way possible!

Top: C/O LoveShoppingMiami/ Shorts: Forever21/ Shoes: R31nvented (sold out but also love)
Bag: C/O Charlotte Russe/ Sunglasses: H&M/ Necklace: Max & Chloe

This top reminds me of the ocean and I can't help but day dream about being on a beach right now.  The blue and mint together make such a beautiful mix and I am really crushing on this color combo.  I took it a step further by going with blue shoes and a mint bag and I think the white denim makes everything pop even more.  This outfit is so summery and great for staying cool.  It can easily be worn with sandals too.  Since the top is asymmetrical, I let it hang out in the back for a casual relaxed look.  It would also look great tucked into a skirt as well. Versatile pieces are a must because they will help you get through the season!

Have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!

Lemon Lime

Happy Monday beauties, I am ready to take on this new week!

Dress: C/O LoveShoppingMiami/ Shoes: Chinese Laundry/ Bag: olivia + joy

This has become one of my favorite color combos.  I instantly think of lemon and lime.  It's perfect and refreshing for summer. When I saw this dress on the website I thought it was really cute, but I have to say that it's even better in person!  I love the cut outs and the little bit of sex appeal that they add to this girly dress.  It's classy and chic which of course I am a fan of and it's perfect to wear to a party or special occasion.  I added these shoes for a pop of print and I really like how they compliment both the dress and bag.

I always try to have fun with my mom and joke around when we take pics because she gives up part of her time every day to do them for me.  I am so thankful and appreciate that she is extremely supportive and that I am able to share this experience with her.  I can be so serious about the things that I love and am passionate about but at the same time I have fun with it too! I just wanted to share this and to remind everyone to not take anything too seriously and don't forget to enjoy yourself!

Have a great day!

Edgy Summer Vibes

Happy Friday loves!  I hope that all of you celebrating July 4th had a great one!  I spent it at a BBQ relaxing poolside with my friends.  It was definitely a fun day! I am ending this week with a casual and edgy summer look.

Denim Vest (similar style) & Dress (similar): Forever21/ Sandals: C/O Not Rated
Bag: H&M/ Mirrored Sunglasses: C/O Furor Moda/ Bracelet: Mandee

I wore this high low dress a few months back when I was in LA with booties and a moto jacket, so this time I wanted to wear it completely different.  It's really plain and simple on it's own so I decided to add my denim vest which gave it an edgier vibe.  This vest was a huge summer staple for me last year and it's an item that I will never part with.  Denim vests and jackets are great for layering.  They're some of the most versatile pieces that you can incorporate into your wardrobe.
A huge summer trend right now is mirrored sunglasses and I am completely obsessed with this pair.  They're edgy, fun and such a stand out piece.  I love these sandals because they add a little sparkle to my outfit but they are also extremely comfortable.  With most sandals, my feet start to hurt after walking around in them for too long, so I am loving the cushion these have!

July 4th Color Block

Happy almost 4th of July!

Dress (Used As A Top): C/O Charlotte Russe/ Skirt: C/O Furor Moda/ Shoes: R31nvented
Sunglasses: Lilxurious

I wanted to be patriotic of course so I did some color blocking with red, white and blue!  I just wanted to have fun with it and get a little creative so I actually made this dress into a shirt.  Since this skirt is so poofy, it was easy to tuck under. I absolutely love skirts like this because they're so cute and girly. I'm a big fan of red and blue mixed together so these were the perfect shoes.  I am on the hunt for a black pair too.  The final touch was my stars and stripes sunglasses.  I got them a couple of months ago but I have been saving them for the 4th.  You obviously don't have to wear all three colors like me, but there's definitely a ton of ways to incorporate them into your outfits if you waned to.

Whatever your plans are for this long weekend, I hope that you all have an amazing and safe time! I am definitely looking forward to the fireworks :)

Thank you for all the love and support!

Casual Cool In Neutrals

I wasn't planning on shooting this outfit, but decided to last minute before heading out to lunch over the weekend.   I love wearing bold vibrant colors but I also love summer neutrals too!

Jacket: C/O Charlotte Russe(shop similar)/ White Tee, Bag & Sunnies: H&M
Shorts: Forever21/ Shoes: C/O YesWalker/ Initial Necklace:  Max & Chloe
Blogger Necklace, Ring & Bracelet:  Love Always

It's a little cliche to say, but a white tee is a must have staple piece.  I own so many different ones, mainly because it's impossible for me to wear white without getting it dirty.  Regardless of that, I am a huge fan of white on white, especially for summer.  It always looks fresh.  I just wanted to go for something a little different than what I have been wearing lately.  It's definitely more casual and has a very relaxed vibe.  It was perfect for a simple afternoon. The snakeskin print heels break up the outfit a bit and this anorak jacket is the perfect layering piece. It's super light weight and comfy too. My obsession with gold jewelry, especially rings, continues!

And I will leave you with a little bit of inspo for the day:

Summer Cut Outs

Happy July!  I hope you all had a great weekend!

Top: C/O OASAP/ Skirt: C/O Trinity Place/ Shoes: Forever21(similar style)/ Bag: H&M
Bracelet: Bay Style/ Lipstick: MAC Rebel & MAC Creme Cup

I got this skirt last month when I went to visit Trinity Place in NY and I am finally styling it now.  I was debating on how I wanted to wear it and decided on this last minute.  It's a perfect skirt for those summer nights and a great statement piece as well.  The colors and print are so vibrant.  I've mentioned how I need to get more tops so I was really happy when I found this cut out one on OASAP.  It's a crop style but was still long enough to tuck into this skirt.  The cut outs add a little bit of sex appeal and edge to this look. I am sure I will be able to get a lot of use out of it this summer.  I got a little matchy matchy with my wedges and lip, but sometimes I like to do that :)

In other news... It's been pouring all morning so this is the perfect opportunity for me to stay in and catch up on work.  I signed on to a 6 month blogging campaign that I will be sharing with you all soon!  I've got so much to get done for it but I am really excited about all of these new things that are happening for me.  Can't wait to tell you more!

I hope that you have an amazing day!
